How do I order?
Head to our online shop to place an order.
How do I collect my order?
You can choose to pay a delivery fee of $18 for us to deliver it right to your doorstep. We also provide free delivery if your total purchase is more than $120 island-wide, except Sentosa and Tuas.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries are made at least 1 full days from order date before 6pm. You will be able to select your preferred delivery date upon checkout and payment. If you need your order sooner, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work something out for you! Please note that we do not deliver on Tuesdays and public holidays.
Can I self-collect?
Self-collection is not available.
How do I heat up the baos?
We recommend heating them up 10 minutes over boiling water. If you kept them frozen, leave it to defrost on the counter for 10 minutes before reheating.
How are the baos delivered?
They are either delivered either frozen or room temperature, if they are made on the same day of delivery.
How long can the baos last?
Our baos last 7 days in the refrigerator and 14 days in the freezer. The expiry date of all our products will be labeled on the packaging. Our products are made in compliance with guidelines as well as with strict quality controls.
Are your baos vegetarian?

What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
